About our work:

You’ll be responsible for the installation, servicing and repair of hydraulic equipment for a diverse range of customers, with responsibilities including:

• Fault finding, testing and diagnosing hydraulic systems
• Service, repair and replace hydraulic components and equipment at customer sites as required, taking you around the region
• Document all work performed, including parts used, repairs made, and testing results
• Provide excellent customer service, understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved

About you:

We need you to have:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for problem-solving and thinking outside of the box
• Experience with service/repair of hydraulic and pneumatic industrial/mobile equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Strong time management capabilities
• A valid NZ driver's license and clean driving record
• Champion of health, safety and wellbeing in the workplace
• Physical stamina and agility to work in various marine and industrial environments
