Job summary

Tempur Sealy International in New Zealand (Auckland) seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team with reporting, data analysis, sales administration and logistics coordination. This role links Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Warehouse to ensure timely access to insights and smooth product distribution.

The position is based at the Mangere head office with regular onsite attendance. Flexible working up to two days per week from home is available, with travel as needed to meetings

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Commercial Support or Administration role.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience preparing sales reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings, events or conferences.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools is desirable but not essential.
• Event, conference or project coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Team with reporting, data analysis and sales administration.
• Coordinate customer orders, retailer enquiries, deliveries and product distribution.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Assist with conferences, meetings and customer events to support sales activities.
