Job summary

Tradestaff New Zealand is seeking an experienced HVAC Electrician to work across Queenstown, installing, servicing and fault-finding HVAC and electrical systems.

Immediate start with weekly pay. You will need NZ electrical registration, a full NZ driver’s licence, and the ability to read plans and work independently or with a team.

• HVAC experience and electrical knowledge required.
• Current NZ electrical registration and practising licence preferred or required.

HVAC Electrician

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Electrician for work across Queenstown. You’ll be involved in installation, servicing, maintenance and fault finding across a variety of HVAC and electrical systems.

Location: Queenstown, Queenstown

Start date: Immediate

Pay rate: $35–$45 per hour depending on experience

• Proven HVAC and electrical experience
• Current NZ electrical registration and practising licence
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Experience with HVAC installation, servicing and maintenance
• Confidence reading plans and technical documentation
• Full NZ driver licence
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
