ABOUT THE ROLE

This opportunity allows you to lead the people agenda for a well-established culinary manufacturing site, supporting 130+ employees. You'll be the HR expert on-site, driving performance, engagement, and transformation. Reporting locally to the Factory Manager and working closely with the corporate HR team, you'll implement global and local HR initiatives while influencing culture and capability.

What you\'ll be doing:
  • Executing people strategies aligned with business goals
  • Leading workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning
  • Coaching leaders to embed behavioural change and drive performance
  • Managing employee relations in a unionised environment
  • Implementing organisational design and development initiatives
  • Acting as the gateway to HR services, ensuring seamless support and alignment
ABOUT YOU

You\'re a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. You thrive in complex environments and know how to influence without authority. You\'re experienced in manufacturing settings and understand the nuances of unionised workplaces.

What you\'ll need to bring:
  • Proven HRBP experience in large organisations
  • Strong knowledge of collective agreements and ER
  • Demonstrated track record of coaching and leading change on the shop floor
  • Experience in organisational design and development
  • Familiarity with SAP Success Factors and Kronos is a plus
