Clients are typically medium - enterprise scale businesses across New Zealand and Australia, with a growing reach internationally, and come from a wide range of industries including manufacturing, wholesale distribution, technology and financial services.

What you will do:

Implementing Hubspot, a powerful digital engagement platform that drives growth, you will be working within a team, delivering Hubspot support services including solution design, CRM implementation, integration and website development, helping clients to configure the right tools, manage data, and optimise their HubSpot environment to fuel long-term success.

  • Source tasks from the production system and manage your own workload.
  • Gain a clear understanding of task briefs and project goals before starting.
  • Work closely with team members and sometimes within dedicated project teams to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Follow Concentrate’s best practice and process guidelines to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Contribute to improving how tasks are delivered and continually build your skills and knowledge.
  • Deliver tasks on time and within budget, taking ownership of deadlines and expected hours.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to resolve barriers and achieve successful delivery.
  • Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, internal staff, and contractors.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
  • HubSpot CRM: Basic familiarity with Sales, Marketing, Service, CMS, and Operations Hubs.
  • Digital marketing tools: Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, social media).
  • Web design and development: Understanding of how websites are designed and built.
  • Analytics & reporting: Ability to prepare and interpret basic reports.
  • Microsoft Excel: Competence with spreadsheets and data handling.
  • Client management: Comfortable engaging with clients, building relationships, and supporting meetings.
  • Team and process skills: Self-management, teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to high quality standards.

Please note - to be considered for this position, you will need to be holding current New Zealand working rights and be available to be located full time in Christchurch.
