About the role

Are you ready to take your HubSpot expertise to the next level? As our HubSpot Senior Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimising the effectiveness of our frontline teams and enhancing our customer experience. With your skills in process design and platform optimisation, you’ll make a tangible impact on both the business and the people who rely on you.

Please note, this is a 12mth Fixed Term Contract with the potential to extend.

  1. Revolutionise Processes: Design and optimise business processes that power HubSpot functionality
  2. Champion Efficiency: Configure workflows, dashboards, and properties within the HubSpot ecosystem to empower teams and deliver measurable results
  3. Lead Innovation: Identify the best way to utilise HS features, drive adoption, and maximize HubSpot's potential for our business goals
  4. Govern Data Integrity: Ensure our CRM remains clean, organised, and actionable with your governance expertise.

What we'd love to see from you...

  • HubSpot Expertise: Proven experience (3+ years) as an administrator across HubSpot Sales and Service hubs, with technical proficiency in configurations, definitions, and troubleshooting. HubSpot Certification is essential
  • Process Automation and Design: Skilled in automating workflows and designing business processes to optimise key operations
  • Analytical and Reporting Skills: Strong analytical abilities, including data analysis and reporting to support decision-making
  • Organisational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and quality
  • Business Analysis: Proven ability to document requirements and provide insights through business analysis
