Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of health, safety and environment programs and initiatives
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions, and follow-up activities
• Coordinate health and safety systems, records, and documentation
• Support risk assessment processes and implementation of risk controls
• Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance activities
• Provide guidance and support to staff and leaders on HSE matters
• Coordinate training, awareness programs, and HSE communications
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and trends
• Promote a positive safety culture across the business
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support continuous improvement and compliance with legislative and company requirements
