Are you passionate about leveraging data and digital systems to enhance the employee experience? AT is seeking a dynamic Systems & Analytics Specialist to join our People & Performance team.

What you’ll do
  • Be the go-to expert for HRIS (SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and more), providing specialised support, training, and advice to people leaders and employees.
  • Lead system administration and data management in our HR systems (SAP HCM and SuccessFactors).
  • Support regular and ad hoc reporting and analytics, creating dashboards and insights for stakeholders.
  • Administer our people service portal (ServiceNow), managing lifecycle events like onboarding and offboarding.
  • Facilitate workshops and build HRIS capability across the team.
  • Collaborate with Business Technology, vendors, and other partners to deliver system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Champion inclusion, diversity, and a thriving workplace culture.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Data Science, HR, or Information Systems.
  • 3+ years' experience working with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and a proactive, inquisitive mindset.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and project management skills.
  • Confidence in translating stakeholder needs into actionable solutions and leveraging data for insights.
