A leading healthcare company is seeking an HR Senior Executive to support payroll and compensation initiatives. The role requires organizing payroll validation and working closely with various teams to ensure compliance. The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree in HR or business and experience in managing payroll functions in large organizations. Strong skills in Excel and problem-solving are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Duration: 6 months, long term extendable
Working Location: One North (Walking distance from MRT)
Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
Job Summary
As the healthcare company Compensation and Payroll Senior Executive, you will support the Corporate Office Performance & Reward team on compensation initiatives and to ensure timely and accurate payroll in compliance with the relevant government regulations.
