Role Overview

The role includes:

  • EA duties supporting the MD and GM
  • Supporting the People and Culture team with administrative duties such as:
  • recruiting
  • onboarding
  • managing change
  • disciplinary processes
  • employee records
  • data input
  • Responsibility for the building (repairs, contractors, inspections and annual building WoF)
  • Running and organising events
To be successful you will need
  • A strong administration/PA background
  • HR experience is an advantage
  • Professionalism and confidentiality
  • Excellent and clear communication, both verbal and written
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent computer skills
