Responsibilities
  • Provide Expert Advice: Deliver direct advisory services to clients and guide them through complex workplace relations matters, always striving for excellence in service delivery.
  • Deliver Insights: Provide clients with knowledge to navigate workplace regulations and ensure compliance, helping them succeed and grow.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role, including HR or workplace relations advisors, with:
  • A Commercial Mindset: Practical advice, written and verbal, focused on helping businesses succeed.
  • Tech-Savvy & Client-Focused: Strong PC usage skills, thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, collaborative.
  • Driven & Self-Motivated: Passion for continuous improvement, results, and living Peninsula values of excellence and accountability.
  • A solid understanding of employment legislation and best practices in employment relations.
