About the Team/Service/ Location

You will be joining a supportive HR Coordinator team who work closely with the recruitment, payroll and HRBP teams to ensure seamless HR Operations.

About you

The preferred candidate will have:

  • Sound understanding of HR administration systems and processes,
  • Strong sense of ownership, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities,
  • Customer focused mindset to help ensure a seamless experience for our people,
  • Proven experience in a role requiring high levels of confidentiality,
  • Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action.

The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
