A leading health organization in New Zealand is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the strategic HR initiatives at Wairau or Nelson Hospital. The role involves building relationships with senior leaders, implementing HR projects, and promoting a supportive organizational culture. Candidates should have over 5 years of HR experience in complex environments and a solid understanding of NZ employment law.

The HR Business Partner is the strategic partner to the Hospital and Specialist Services group in Nelson Marlborough working closely with senior leaders to deliver effective People & Culture (P&C) initiatives, practices and systems that align to business requirements and goals.
This position can be based at either Wairau or Nelson Hospital, with regular travel across the district to ensure effective service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
The HR Business Partner will either lead or assist with the implementation of strategic HR projects as well as transformational change across the organisation.

You will be an experienced HR Business Partner who is passionate about building organisational capability. You understand HR strategy and how to engage, influence and deliver outcomes throughout teams within a complex, fast paced and ever-changing environment. You will have an efficient, pragmatic and approachable style with the ability to build productive relationships with people at all levels.
