A leading health organization in New Zealand seeks an HR Business Partner to enhance organizational capability and deliver strategic HR projects. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of HR experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a sound understanding of New Zealand employment legislation. You'll work closely with senior leaders to improve the health and well-being of the community, focusing on equity and cultural change within the system.

This is mahi that will improve the health and well-being of everyone in Aotearoa, and we’ve got an opportunity for you to be part of it. The HR Business Partner is the strategic partner to the Hospital and Specialist Services group in Canterbury, working closely with senior leaders to deliver effective People & Culture (P&C) initiatives, practices and systems that align to business requirements and goals. The HR Business Partner will either lead or assist with the implementation of strategic HR projects as well as transformational change across the organisation.

You are an experienced HR Business Partner who is passionate about building organisational capability. You understand HR strategy and how to engage, influence and deliver outcomes throughout teams within a complex, fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
You will have an efficient, pragmatic and approachable style with the ability to build productive relationships with people at all levels.
