• HRBP- contract

• Immediate start in Auckland CBD

Opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a professional services/corporate organisation in the Auckland CBD.

The role will drive the people strategy, working closely with senior leaders providing strategic HR advice, lead and support organisational change initiatives and drive engagement, capability development and workforce planning.

This is a highly influential role requiring a commercial mindset, and the ability to build trusted partnerships across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR advisor to senior leaders
• Operational HR as required
• Partner with business leaders to drive a high-performance culture
• Provide expert HR advice on ER matters
• ER investigations and complex ER matters
• Talent planning and career progression
• Continuous improvement
• Leadership capability lifts
• HR metrics and market trends
