Job summary

Rosewood Cape Kidnappers in Hastings, North Island, is seeking Housekeeping Associates for a seasonal role with potential for part-time or permanent opportunities. You will ensure rooms and public areas are spotless, restock supplies and maintain high standards of presentation across the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months cleaning experience, ideally in a 4/5-star Hotel/Resort environment.
• A high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
• A passion for service delivery and the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of rooms, including making beds, replacing linen, disinfecting surfaces, and vacuuming.
• Cleaning and tidying of public areas, including the lobby and public toilets.
• Re-stocking supplies, including linen and cleaning supplies.
• Other cleaning duties including cleaning of carpets, upholstered furniture, and polishing furniture.
• Taking pride in the appearance of the property.

What you will do:

We take pride in the presentation and cleanliness of our beautiful property. Our Housekeeping Associates have an important role when it comes to creating memorable experiences for our guests. The duties include:

Cleaning of rooms, including making beds, replacing linen, disinfecting surfaces, and vacuuming.

Cleaning and tidying of public areas, including the lobby and public toilets.
