The role requires strong attention to detail, good physical fitness, and clear communication with guests and staff. Training provided; weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training provided).
• Good physical fitness to perform repetitive tasks
• Professional and clear communication with guests and team members

• Maintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.


• Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within the hours allocated by the company.


• Collaborating with team members to meet daily cleaning targets and operational goals.


• Adhering to safety protocols and environmental standards.


• Using specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively - with all training and tools provided.
