Job summary

Wyndham's Ramada Resort Wanaka is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and guest comfort in our guest rooms. The role involves delivering excellent service and working as part of the Housekeeping Team in a resort setting.

• Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping role is desirable but not required.
• Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken).
• Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Motivated, with a keen eye for detail and high cleaning standards.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.

How You'll Shine

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in guest accommodation. You will be responsible for carrying out key daily tasks in the Housekeeping Department and most importantly delivering a high level of customer service.
