We are seeking a Porter to provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds expectations of our guests.

This is a Part-time role with minimum hours of 20 hours per week based at Sudima Kaikoura Hotel

Responsibilities | Ngā haepapa
  • Assist with guest enquiries
  • Ensure guest messages, dry cleaning & bags are delivered in a timely manner
  • Communicate with DM or FOM of any issue/s that are raised
  • Assist Front Desk during busy check in and check out to ensure guests are receiving the best possible services
  • Record all luggage stored in an orderly manner
  • Keep the luggage store room tidy and accessible at all times
  • Follow any emergency procedures from DM when an emergency arises
  • Must be updated on the knowledge of all room categories and amenities
  • Hotel security floor checks
  • Regularly inspect the lobby and public areas to ensure that the standards of the hotel are maintained and comfortable for guests, visitors as well as employees.
