Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting, including waiting or bar service.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Reliable, punctual with good teamwork and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Serve tables, from taking orders through to delivering food and drinks.
• Handle payments accurately at the point of sale.
• Prepare drinks behind the bar, including cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic choices.
• Turn tables around quickly and keep the whole venue clean and well presented.
• Give every guest a friendly welcome.
• Record special requests and dietary needs and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to keep busy services smooth.
• Learn the menu, daily specials and drinks list to make good suggestions.
• Restock supplies, keep stations in order and follow health, safety and food handling rules.
