Job summary

Alsco New Zealand is hiring a Hospital Service Delivery Representative to join the Dunedin Hospital Outpatients Building service team. You will mix route delivery, stock management and customer service while ensuring departments are stocked with textile supplies.

The role operates Monday to Friday, 12:00pm – 8:30pm, with some flexibility as the service launches. You will build strong hospital relationships and maintain accurate service records daily.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Highly organised with outstanding time management skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
• Full and clean driver's licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Service the Dunedin Hospital Outpatients Building, ensuring linen and textile supplies.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels throughout the facility.
• Collect, pack and transport soiled linen back to the Alsco plant for laundering.
• Maintain accurate stock control and service records.
• Build strong relationships with hospital staff and customers.
• Upsell additional products and services where appropriate.
• Uphold Alsco's high standards of safety and professionalism.
