Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Christchurch Health Campus is seeking qualified pharmacists for fixed term part-time and full-time roles, with casual opportunities. These roles offer patient-centred clinical pharmacy services across Christchurch, supporting a passionate team of pharmacists, technicians and staff.

Qualifications

Qualified and NZ registered pharmacist.
Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
Hospital pharmacy experience is preferable.
Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
Flexibility to work in rostered weekends/evenings when required.

Responsibilities

Provision of a team based full clinical pharmacy service including medication reconciliation, therapeutic drug monitoring and answering medicines information enquiries
Involvement in interdisciplinary education
Supervision, training and support of technicians, interns and students
Participation in the on-call service
Medication supply including dispensing, sterile production and cytotoxic ordering
