Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Hospital Cleaner for Nelson Hospital. You will help provide an efficient cleaning service to support patients and staff, contributing to a safe and hygienic environment.
We welcome applicants with cleaning or customer service experience, or those with a passion for inpatient care. Full training will be provided, and evening/weekend penalties may apply where rosters require.

About the Role
As a Hospital Cleaner, you will help the hospital runsmoothly by providing an efficient cleaning service for the patients and staffat Nelson Hospital.
Help the hospital stay a safe place where families can visitin comfort and staff can continue doing great work in a clean environment.
Types of duties are - but not limited to:
In addition to hourly rates, we paypenal rates for evening (after 8.00PM) and weekend work, and additionalpayments/time off if you are rostered to work on a public holiday.
The working hours will be on an asrequired basis assisting with peak capacity and covering staff leave. There areno fixed days.

About you
You will be suited to the role of Hospital Cleaner, if youhave experience in cleaning or customer service OR if you have no experiencebut a passion for seeing how the hospital ticks.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work;someone who can leave the hospital cleaned to a standard that leaves a positiveimpression on customers, patients and families.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Fulltraining will be provided.
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in NewZealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
