Job summary

Southern Cross Horticulture, a family‑owned orchard developer in the Bay of Plenty, is hiring for outdoor roles starting from 21st September or 5th October 2026. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $24.85 per hour plus 8% holiday pay, with a total of about $26.80 per hour.

Sponsorship or permanent contracts may be available for suitable candidates in NZ. Work across multiple sites in Bay of Plenty with consistent hours, Edgecumbe facilities, and a friendly, supportive team.

Start date

• From the 21st September, or the 5th October 2026

Requirements

• You will need to be physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work.
• Minimum height requirement of 165-185cm
• Ability to work flexible hours as this job is weather dependent.
• Reliable transport and own accommodation
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Valid WHV visa, or OWV
• Great Attitude!
