Job summary

Southern Cross Horticulture in New Zealand is hiring outdoor labor across Pukehina to Edgecumbe. Flexible hours are 08:00–17:00, Mon-Sun, weather permitting, with a start date of 21/09/26. Training will be provided and no prior experience is required for these positions.

Pay rate is $24.85 plus 8% holiday pay, totaling $26.80 gross per hour. Requirements include reliable transport, being physically fit for outdoor work, good attention to detail, a strong work ethic and a valid Working Holiday

Job description

We’re a family-owned operation that’s been planting, growing and exporting kiwifruit for more than 50 years. Today, Southern Cross Horticulture is one of New Zealand’s most successful orchard developers and producers of SunGold & RubyRed.

• Approximate start date is 21/09/26
• Flexible hours - 08:00-17:00 Mon-Sun. Weather dependent
• Pay rate: $24.85 + 8% holiday pay = $26.8 gross
• Performing tasks such as bud thinning, crush tipping, cane training etc
• Multiple positions available from Pukehina to Edgecumbe, Bay of plenty
• All training will be provided, no experiences needed.
• Park-over available including facilities
