Job summary

You’ll be out in the community, providing expert home lending advice, building trusted relationships, and helping customers navigate the full home loan journey — from first conversation and pre-approval through to approval, drawdown, and beyond. We’re looking for someone who brings strong home lending experience, confidence creating and converting opportunities, and an established network they can tap into to generate quality leads. We are looking for: * Strong home lending experience, with sound credit knowledge and confidence managing applications end to end.* An established network across the region, with the ability to generate leads and build referral pathways.* A proactive, resilient, and relationship-led approach, with the motivation to grow a strong personal brand.* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right for customers first time.* A sound understanding of the local property market, including new builds, property development, and turnkey lending opportunities.* Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and explain home lending clearly and confidently. As this role services customers across the region, you’ll need to be comfortable travelling and meeting customers where it works best for them.
