• Willing to work toward Level 3 Health and Disability Careerforce qualification within two years.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.

• A current, clean NZ driver's licence.
• Ability to work confidently in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to whaiora in their homes and communities.
• Assist with mobility, personal care, meal prep and daily living activities.
• Deliver individualized rehabilitation programs under guidance of health professionals.
• Observe progress, adjust plans, and escalate concerns when needed.
