Job summary

H&M in Auckland is seeking Sales Advisors to join our store team this summer season. You’ll welcome customers, share fashion knowledge, and guide shoppers to find what they need while showcasing our latest styles.

This is a mix of Part-Time and Casual fixed-term contracts from 15 November to 26 December. You’ll work with a dynamic store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience across the full customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar fields.
• Passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional in-store experience while promoting our products and driving sales.
• Thriving in collaborative and dynamic environments.
• Communicative, creative, curious to work with store technology, with a strong eagerness to learn and develop.
• Flexible and action oriented.
