A holiday park in Christchurch, New Zealand needs a full-time Assistant Manager who can take on a broad, practical workload alongside its management team. The business looks after a mix of local and international visitors across motel rooms, cabins and powered campsites, and demand peaks over summer.

What the employer needs most is someone dependable who will learn the business from the ground up. Management experience is not a prerequisite, since the owners are prepared to train the right person, and the position is designed to lead towards a management role over time. The hourly rate is $25 to $30.
