A New Zealand secondary school is seeking a qualified hard materials technology teacher to lead their technology department. The successful candidate will inspire students, drive innovation, and contribute to the school's extracurricular activities. Candidates must be NZ registered teachers and deeply familiar with the NZ Curriculum.

We are looking for an inspiring hard materials technology teacher to lead our well-established department. If you have strong knowledge of NCEA and trade pathways, and the confidence to teach a variety of materials technology from Y9–13, we’d love to hear from you. Expertise in mechatronics, engineering, or robotics will be highly valued.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape learning in technology by working collaboratively with the faculty leader and fellow heads of department to drive innovation, support school initiatives, and inspire students to achieve their best.
The successful applicant will be able to work with and support our students, contribute to the development of an inclusive and supportive environment and be able to demonstrate commitment to honour the principles of Te Tiriti Waitangi and the College\'s values of wairua kaha, manaakitanga, whanaungatanga tika and hinengaro wawata. Involvement with the College\'s extracurricular programme is also expected.
