Qualifications

CARTERS Drury is seeking an experienced HIAB driver where your primary goal is to deliver exceptional service to our building trade customers. In this active and physical role you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a Hiab to deliver product including building materials for retaining, fencing and building poles/piles to construction sites.

Your versatility will be key as you will also need to provide support in the timber when need, operating a forklift to load and unload orders and providing exceptional customer service to our trade customers. You this role you will need to:

  • Efficiently loading and delivering orders navigating various residential and commercial construction sites with differing ground conditions
  • Safely offloading product deliveries, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all, whether on-site or off-site, ensuring their needs are met to the highest standards.
  • Supporting the yard team when required to load and unload delivery vans and trucks.
  • Recommend suitable products, tailored to customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards through general branch housekeeping.

About you

You will be the perfect fit for this role if you are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and have the following skills, qualities, and certifications.

  • A valid FULL CLASS 4/5 License, Hiab experience is desirable
