Job summary

Advanced Personnel is seeking skilled Civil Plant Operators for opportunities in Hamilton. You will operate WTR machinery, perform earthworks and site preparation, trenching and drainage, load and move materials, and complete daily equipment checks.

Applicants should have 2–3 years’ operating experience, strong health and safety awareness, and a Class 2/4/5 licence if required. Join a crew-focused team delivering civil construction and roading projects in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years' relevant operating experience.
• Proven experience operating excavators, loaders, rollers, dozers or graders.
• W, T and/or R endorsements where required.
• CLASS 2/4/5 licence where required.
• Civil construction experience.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• Reliable and able to work effectively within a crew.
