CAL Isuzu in Hamilton is seeking a Heavy Diesel Technician to service and maintain customer vehicles to manufacturer standards, working on light commercial units up to 50 tonnes. The role suits someone who works autonomously, with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to safety.

Remuneration ranges from $29.66 - $43.00 per hour, based on experience, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Evening and weekend flexibility is valued, and training will be provided for the right applicant.

Formación

• Experience in automotive service/maintenance is required.
• Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar role.
• Must have a valid driver’s licence (Class 2 HT licence preferred but not essential).

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and rectify vehicle faults and perform repairs and overhauls.
• Conduct test drives to verify vehicle performance and safety.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through ongoing training.
