Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Non-Physician Admin (CL Funnel) to train AI agents and manage healthcare operations tasks remotely. This contract role requires 10+ hours per week with flexible hours and independent work style.

You will design complex healthcare scenarios, build supporting records, evaluate tasks for AI model training, and collaborate asynchronously to improve model outputs. Experience in healthcare admin and EHR is preferred.

• Experience with payer portals, EHR platforms, encoders, and coding tools.

Compensation: $50–$65/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10+ hours/week

• Senior-level experience across multiple care settings or on both provider and payer sides.
