  • Provide practical coaching, mentoring and health and safety guidance across the region
  • Support teams to identify, assess and manage critical risks
  • Undertake field-based assurance activities and verify the effectiveness of critical controls
  • Lead and support ICAM investigations, including the preparation of investigation reports
  • Analyse health and safety performance data to identify trends, emerging risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Help leaders understand performance information and translate insights into practical action
  • Contribute to health and safety dashboards, reporting and continuous improvement activities

  • Strong written communication, reporting and presentation skills
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to constructively challenge when needed
  • Excellent relationship-management and business-partnering capability
  • A full Class 1 driver licence.

Lead ICAM investigator training, audit experience within the three waters sector and a current First Aid certificate would be advantageous.
