I The Opportunity
The opportunity exists for an experienced health and safety partner to join our team at Presbyterian Support Northern as we move into an exciting phase of our strategy. The role will be focused on working with all PSN managers and teams to support embedding our newly refreshed health and safety system. This role will focus on providing coaching and empowering our people to make decisions that support their safety.
The role will also be instrumental in supporting the rollout and embedding of the newly refreshed health and safety critical risk program.

I Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for a candidate that can hit the ground running with a strong technical knowledge and proven background in creating health and safety change.
You will have at least 5 years of experience in a generalist health and safety role alongside a degree, NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health or the equivalent level of experience gained through professional experience working in health and safety.
