Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in health records or similar teams.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a busy service.
• Excellent communication across clinical, admin and multidisciplinary teams.

• Ability to drive continuous improvement and service excellence.
• Experience in health records administration.
• Experience with patient management systems such as ECA.
• Experience in healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of health information management and privacy.
