Health and Safety Business Partner - Wellington
If you're passionate about building a positive safety culture and want to make a real impact, this is the opportunity for you. We are looking for a full-time Health and Safety Business Partner to join our team, supporting our regional operations and technical disciplines across the Tonkin + Taylor Group. In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor and strategic partner, working closely with leaders and teams to embed a proactive and positive health, safety and wellbeing (HSW) culture. You'll also collaborate with our national H&S team to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with statutory, industry and client-specific requirements. You'll be naturally curious, approachable, and bring true care into your work. The ideal candidate will be a people-person with a knack for building relationships.
