We are looking for a motivated Health and Safety Advisor to support the delivery of health and safety services withing Health New Zealand. Reporting to the Te Toka Tumai Auckland District Health and Safety Delivery Manager, you will provide operational health and safety support, helping to implement local health and safety programmes, initiatives, and improvement activities. You will work closely with operational leaders, Health and Safety Business Partners, Occupational Health teams, and frontline staff to promote safe work practices, support incident investigations, monitor compliance, and contribute to the development of a strong health and safety culture. You will be part of the Occupational Health, Wellbeing, Safety and Organisational Resilience team within People and Culture. Working alongside Health and Safety Business Partners, Senior Advisors, Occupational Health teams, and operational leaders, you will help deliver national and district health and safety priorities while supporting local service needs. The team is based at the Greenlane Clinical Centre and operates across Auckland City Hospital and Greenlane Clinical Centre campuses, as well several satellite sites within Auckland Central.
