We are seeking an inspiring and motivated head teacher to lead our te Ruma Koru (over 2 years) learning space, someone passionate about high-quality teaching and committed to making a meaningful difference for tamariki, whānau, and kaiako.
This is a key leadership role for an experienced leader with strong mentoring and coaching capability. You will build warm, responsive relationships and foster a culture of trust, growth, and accountability. Your focus will be on developing people, supporting kaiako to reflect, strengthen their practice, and grow with confidence. You will create an environment where collaboration is valued, professional conversations are purposeful, and collective learning is prioritised.
