Overview

The Role: We are looking for an ECE qualified and registered Head Teacher to oversee our two preschool rooms at Bear Park St Clair. With an experienced Centre Director and an inclusive, friendly and supportive team culture, we are a fabulous next step if you are looking for a new leadership position.

With a deep passion for the Reggio Emilia philosophy, we provide learning spaces that are open, spacious and invite play through richly resourced, natural environments.

• Our Kea room has amazing ratios of 1:6 and our Tui room 1:7.
• 3 hours of team planning per week plus additional time for leadership duties.
• Working in a team of 7 you will mentor our teachers and lead an engaging and individualised curriculum.
• Our open-ended environments allow teachers time to partake in small group work driving rich engagement with children.
• Our rooms are bright and open with generous outdoor areas and expansive lawns.
• We provide dedicated spaces for the discovery and enhancement of their many expressive languages.
