We're on the hunt for a Head of Sales (Telesales). Are you passionate about leading a team to drive growth in the outbound telesales channel? Do you thrive in a leadership role and have a knack for strategic thinking, problem-solving, and commercial acumen? If so, we're eager to learn more about you!

What You'll Do:

You will be responsible for delivering results through others, leading a team, and ensuring the business model stays relevant and productive in a digital and AI world. The primary goal of the Head of Sales (Telesales) is to grow sales leadership, manage profit and loss of the telesales channel, and deliver growth within financial and brand guidelines.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Sales Leadership: Lead the growth for our outbound telesales channel and systemize the growth levers.
  2. Profit and Loss Management: Oversee the financial performance of the telesales channel and ensure profitability.
  3. Growth Delivery: Implement strategies to deliver growth within financial and brand guidelines.
  4. Business Model Relevance: Ensure the business model stays relevant and productive in a digital and AI world.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  1. Tertiary Degree in marketing, BCom commercial accounting and any other business-related qualifications.
  2. Experience in the Financial Services, Sales and BPO space.
  3. Minimum of 5+ years’ work experience.
  4. Product knowledge and sales growth mindset.
