About the Role

As Head of Sales, you’ll lead, coach, and grow a team of 8 high-performing individuals (Account Managers, Business Development, Marketing and Sales Operations). This is a growth focused role, with real scope – you’ll shape how we sell, how we lead, and how we partner with clients.

This role isn’t just about “closing deals”, it’s about scaling relationships, leading with insight, and enabling your team to consistently deliver value.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Sales Leadership: Developing and leading a high-performing Sales Team with a strong culture of trust, accountability, and results.
  • Strategy & Execution: Owning the execution of sales strategy, pipeline health, and delivery against business goals.
  • Client Engagement: Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaboration: Working cross-functionally with our technical and delivery teams.
  • Coaching & Development: Supporting individual and team development, ensuring every team member has clarity, challenge, and the tools to succeed.

Who You Are:

  • You’ve got 3+ years of proven experience leading sales teams, preferably in the technology sector.
  • You lead from the front, with humility and discipline.
  • You care deeply about people, and performance.
  • You bring energy, structure and commercial awareness.
  • You’re ready to grow into a senior leadership role, with support and opportunities.
