IT Partners is seeking a Head of Sales to lead a talented sales team and drive client engagement in Hamilton, NZ. About the Role
As Head of Sales, you’ll lead, coach, and grow a team of 8 high-performing individuals (Account Managers, Business Development, Marketing and Sales Operations). This is a growth focused role, with real scope – you’ll shape how we sell, how we lead, and how we partner with clients.
This role isn’t just about “closing deals”, it’s about scaling relationships, leading with insight, and enabling your team to consistently deliver value.
