We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented Head of Partnership and Customer to join our team. This is a key role focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, partners, and internal teams. You'll be the connector that ensures customer needs are heard, solutions are delivered smoothly, and partnerships thrive.

About this role:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture trusted relationships with current, new, and potential customers. Be their advocate and first point of contact.
  • Partnership Coordination: Work closely with vendors and integration partners to facilitate onboarding, joint initiatives, and ongoing collaboration.
  • Cross-Team Communication: Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams (Product, Support, Engineering, etc.) to ensure the customer voice is reflected in what we build and how we deliver.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system to track interactions, identify opportunities, and support growth.
  • Clear, Effective Communication: Whether it’s a customer call, a team meeting, or a partnership update — communication is at the heart of this role.
About You:
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • 3+ years experience in customer success, partnerships, account management, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external relationships and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, relationships, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced startup environment where priorities may shift quickly.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused, and collaborative mindset, with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed to help the team succeed.
