We are seeking a visionary Head of Organisational Development to lead initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning, high performance, and innovation.

Requirements

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this pivotal role will drive strategies that enhance organisational effectiveness, employee development, and overall workplace productivity.

What will you do -

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organisational development strategies aligned with our guiding principles.
  • Change Management: Lead initiatives that promote positive organisational change and adaptability.
  • Employee Development: Design and oversee programs that support employee growth and skill enhancement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to align organisational objectives with workforce capabilities.
  • Performance Metrics: Assess the impact of organisational development initiatives and provide progress reports to senior management.
  • Research and Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends in organisational development and conduct research to understand the competitive landscape

What you’ll bring to the team-

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in organisational development, change management, and leadership development.
  • Knowledge of the latest organisational development practices and trends.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading organisational change initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of management.
