Highlanders Rugby is seeking a commercially minded Head of Finance to lead the finance function across the Highlanders and associated entities in Dunedin. You will report to the CEO and work closely with the Board and investors to provide strategic financial leadership, governance, and performance insight.

You'll guide budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and drive initiatives in systems, automation, and data visibility, shaping decision-making and value creation for the region.

• CA qualification and experience leading a finance function.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting capability.
• Experience working with Boards, executives and key stakeholders.
• Interest in technology, automation and AI.
