OSGNZ is embarking on an exciting journey to redefine the role of Head of Department, empowering educators to be responsible for 'what's taught and how it's taught'.

We’re seeking a passionate and dynamic New Zealand Maths HOD to lead our high-performing, innovative mathematics departments and play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting staff and students.

Responsibilities include overseeing curriculum and assignment planning, quality assurance, and assessments. You will support Campus Principals in quality assurance of lessons, studies, and tutorials.

The successful candidate will be a team leader with a future-focused, collaborative approach to integrated learning, delivering lessons face-to-face and via Zoom. A solid understanding of the New Zealand Curriculum and NCEA is essential.
