We have two Guest Services Attendant positions available – one starting in September, and one starting December 2025. Both positions will continue through the summer season until April 2026.

What you will do: Our Guest Service team’s main objective is to ensure guest satisfaction at all times. This is the perfect position for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and get involved! This role involves a variety of tasks around the hotel, including:

• Assisting guests with luggage
• Driving and cleaning cars
• Generally helping out wherever needed

What you will bring: As well as your passion for service delivery and for luxury hospitality, you will have:

• Previous experience in a customer service position
• The ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize
• A high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A full driver's licence
• A good level of physical fitness
