Job Description

We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team on a part-time basis, 24 hours per week.

Located in the heart of Auckland’s vibrant CBD, Avani Auckland Metropolis Residences offers guests stylish serviced apartments with sweeping views of the city and harbour. Set within a beautifully restored heritage building, the property combines historic charm with modern comforts, delivering the perfect blend of convenience, sophistication, and urban living.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Providing smooth check-ins and check-outs.
  • Maintaining front office to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Mastering reservations to boost occupancy.
  • Promoting facilities and upselling promotions.
  • Communicating proactively and resolving issues swiftly.

This part-time role requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week.

The schedule typically consists of two-night shifts, with the balance of hours arranged between day and night shifts. Additional hours may be available to support leave coverage or other business needs.
