Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is advantageous.
• Keen eye for detail and high standards.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors to a high standard.
• Replenish guest amenities, linen and room supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, lost property, and safety concerns.
• Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals safely.
• Meet daily room targets and maintain presentation standards.
• Deliver friendly, professional service to guests and work with the team.
• Follow safety policies and perform in a safe workplace.
• Support health, rehabilitation, environment and smoke-free policies.
